Unlike many of my colleagues, I have no fixed pricing structure, as I aim to tailor each package to the clients individual requirements. For non corporate clients, the package usually includes a DVD of the edited versions in high resolution, with the rights to print these photographs, share them online through social networking sites, and pass them onto family/friends. For corporate clients, this can either be included into the package, or purchased as a one off licence for a particular image.

I trained at Thomas Danby College under the guidance of David Box, an esteemed professional having worked at Claridge’s and alongside Raymond Blanc. I completed my Professional Kitchen Diploma level 3.

I began my professional career at Malmaison Brasserie Leeds learning important culinary skills including matching flavours and textures. I worked in various sections of the kitchen enabling me to gain the experience and understanding of the way in which a professional kitchen works.

Having had a great 18 months at Malmaison I got the opportunity to work at one of Leeds Top Sushi restaurant where I was to learn more about the art of Sushi for which I have always had a passion. 12 months experience gave me a great knowledge and understanding of Sushi that love to incorporate into my dishes today.

Continuing my study of World Wide cuisine I spent 12 months working at Arcimboldo’s delicatessen in Harrogate which specialises in Italian/French Cuisines. My very enjoyable year with Arcimboldo’s enabled me to further develop my knowledge in new cuisines and ingredients, particularly in Pan-Asian and European dishes.
